Responsibilities

Mr. Luedke serves as general counsel for PlainsCapital Bank and assistant general counsel for PlainsCapital’s parent company, Hilltop Holdings. He provides legal advice and counsel to all Hilltop Holdings companies on a broad array of legal matters, including general corporate, contract, employment, banking, regulatory compliance, securities, and litigation. Mr. Luedke is admitted to practice in the states of Texas and Missouri.

Mr. Luedke joined PlainsCapital in 2003.
