Mr. Heflin serves on the PlainsCapital Bank board of directors and the PlainsCapital Bank Wealth Management board of directors.

  • Previously served as chief operating officer, North Texas region chairman, and also served as president of PlainsCapital Bank’s Turtle Creek branch
