AUSTIN, TX (March 29, 2021) – PlainsCapital Bank recently announced the promotion of Hill Shands from vice president to senior vice president in its downtown Austin lending group at 201 West 5th St., Suite 100.

Shands has 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, all of which have been with PlainsCapital Bank. He joined PlainsCapital’s commercial lending team in 2006 shortly after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a BBA.
