Get Started

To start using Zelle, simply log into the PlainsCapital Bank mobile app and select “+”, then select the Zelle icon. Select either your email address or U.S. mobile phone number to receive a one-time verification code, enter your code, accept the terms and conditions, and you’re finished!

Send Money

  1. Select Zelle within the PlainsCapital mobile banking app
  2. Select Send
  3. Select recipient
  4. Enter amount
  5. Select Review
  6. Add a memo and send

  • Receive alert notifications via text message and email when money is sent from your account.
  • Out-of-Band Authentication (OOBA) is required for enrollment, mandating authentication from two different signals on two different networks/channels to prevent fraud and hacking.
  • Fraud analytics & behavior monitoring tools look for suspicious activity and alert PlainsCapital Bank when necessary.
  • PIN creation and facial recognition provide alternative secure login methods in addition to traditional username and password.
