As of Monday, October 8, our online banking system called Business Online Services (BOS), is live.

Important Dates and Items to Remember

October 8 (Columbus Day) - BOS is now live and you can: 

  • Access Bill Pay, deposit accounts, transfers, and account history
  • Enroll in eStatements under Reports > Online Documents > Statements & Documents
  • Establish user entitlements to Bill Pay and other services as applicable
  • Establish and perform account transfers
  • Entitle users for mobile banking in BOS then download our mobile banking app

Customer Service will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 866.762.8392. Branches will be closed for the holiday.

October 9

  • ACH & Wire payments are now live after the federal bank holiday on Monday, October 8

October 10

  • Loans and CDs are now available online

Business Online Services Company ID

For added security, your business has been assigned a new Company ID which you will enter in addition to your existing username each time you log in to Business Online Services. We mailed your Company ID credential to your company’s designated Primary User for Business Online Services on September 21.  If your Primary User did not receive a Company ID letter, please give us a call at 214.252.4005.
