Where are PlainsCapital Bank cardless cash ATMs located?

PlainsCapital Bank cardless cash ATMs can be found at select locations statewide. To locate cardless cash ATMs, select “Find Cardless Cash ATMs” from the Cardless Cash transaction screen within the mobile app.

What is the daily Cardless Cash withdrawal limit and is there a limit on the number of transactions allowed per day? 

Normal, debit card ATM limits apply.  The standard, daily ATM withdrawal limit is $500 per card, but there is no limit for the amount of Cardless Cash transactions you can complete.

How do I get access to Cardless Cash? 

If you haven't already, download the PlainsCapital Bank mobile banking app from the App Store or Google Play store. Log in to the mobile banking app using your internet banking credentials and you will see the 'Cardless Cash' icon after clicking the ‘+’ icon at the bottom of the screen.

Can I use Cardless Cash codes at ATMs at other banks? 

You can only use Cardless Cash codes at PlainsCapital Bank ATMs.

Who can use Cardless Cash? 

Mobile banking customers with an eligible personal transaction account(s) with a linked and active debit card.

Is Cardless Cash available outside of the Mobile Banking (iOS/Android) app? 

Cardless Cash is only available via the Mobile Banking (iOS/Android) app and the smartphones and devices the app is supported on. 

Cardless Cash is not available on Internet banking, mobile banking through a smartphone browser, or via the tablet version of the mobile banking app.

What if my smartphone is lost/stolen? 

You should contact Customer Service (1-866-762-8392) and/or change your Internet/mobile banking credentials via Internet Banking. We recommend that you lock your phone display with a fingerprint or PIN. Using this type of security setting for your device will help prevent unauthorized access to your phone contents, including access to an ATM.

How can I view my recent Cardless Cash transaction history? 

You will be able to view your Cardless Cash transaction history in the same way you view all of your current banking transactions through internet banking or mobile banking.

If you are travelling out of the country, here are the steps you should take:

  1. Contact us at 866-762-8392 and let us know the dates and destination of your travel
  2. If you would like to receive text or email alerts if we detect suspicious activity, make sure we have your cellphone and/or email address on file
  3. Utilize Card Controls for additional security
