  • Works with PlainsCapital Bank leadership and other executives at the corporate level to achieve PlainsCapital Corporation’s goals and objectives, including planning for growth and future initiatives
  • Responsible for delivery of full array of Human Resources leadership, services and initiatives to PlainsCapital Bank
  • Oversees key Human Resources areas, services and initiatives for employees of PlainsCapital Corporation


  • Has 25 years of management experience in human resources
  • Joined PlainsCapital Corporation in 2003 and has since developed a team to successfully take the full-service Human Resources function to a higher level, supporting the organization as a strategic business partner
  • Re-engineered internal processes and initiatives to achieve corporate efficiencies by effectively integrating total rewards, including compensation and benefit plans, employee relations and compliance, talent acquisition and retention, payroll, and HRIS and performance management services
  • Manages teams of direct and indirect reports for Corporate Human Resources


  • B.S. and M.S. in business administration, Oklahoma State University
