  • Directs all marketing, advertising, public relations, corporate communications, employee communications, and community relations planning and execution for PlainsCapital Bank
  • Oversees crisis communications and reputation risk management for the Corporation and its three operating companies


  • 26 years of broad-based experience with more than 20 years of senior management experience
  • Joined PlainsCapital in November 2002
  • Formed PlainsCapital Corporation’s first marketing and communications department
  • Developed and implemented PlainsCapital’s first brand strategy and directed the rollout of PlainsCapital’s name change and first-ever brand awareness campaign
  • Manages rebranding of companies acquired by PlainsCapital Corporation
  • Optimizes the use of sponsorships to generate brand awareness for the Corporation and its operating companies
  • Previously worked as senior director of corporate marketing for Safeguard Business Systems; as senior vice president, director of marketing for Texas Capital Bank; and as senior marketing manager of real estate services for Freddie Mac


  • Graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University
