Scott Bristol Serves on Discussion Panel at the 2013 Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference in Washington, D.C.
Scott Bristol, executive vice president and national production manager for PrimeLending, participated in a discussion panel at the 2013 Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference on March 26 in Washington, D.C. The event, hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), featured policy- and lending-driven sessions discussing mortgage liquidity in the marketplace, demographic trends, supplier diversity and NAHREP policy recommendations for government.
Bristol participated in the Hispanic Lending Center table session discussing demographics, regulation and mortgage liquidity. NAHREP co-founder and CEO Gary Acosta and NAHREP President-elect Jason Madiedo introduced discussion leaders and served as mediators during the session. After each discussion leader finished speaking, participants had the opportunity to ask questions on industry topics including FHA guidelines, mortgage rules and mortgage liquidity.
“It’s an honor to be a part of this discussion panel along with many influential participants in the residential mortgage industry,” said Bristol. “The Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference is a great opportunity to learn more about Hispanic market trends and NAHREP policies that will ultimately allow PrimeLending to help this demographic reach their goal of home ownership.”
NAHREP is a mission-driven trade organization dedicated to advancing sustainable Hispanic home ownership. The Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference is an annual vehicle for policy makers, industry leaders and practitioners to convene and work together on this common goal.
