PlainsCapital Bank Announces Officer October Promotions For Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (October 19, 2017) – The following PlainsCapital Bank officers have received promotions:

Chad Hill - Senior Vice President, Real Estate Lending Manager

PlainsCapital Bank has promoted Chad Hill to senior vice president, real estate lending manager at the Bank’s 50th and University location. In his new role, Hill is responsible for overseeing the development and growth of PlainsCapital’s commercial, industrial, and investment real estate loan portfolio for the Lubbock market. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Hill joined the Bank in 2008. He currently serves on the City of Lubbock Appointments and Advisory Board of Directors, the Guadalupe-Parkway Sommerville Centers Board of Directors, and the Lubbock Area United Way Stewardship Review Committee.

 

Matthew Wade - Senior Vice President, Consumer Lending Manager

Matthew Wade was recently promoted to senior vice president, consumer lending manager at PlainsCapital’s 50th and University location, where he is responsible for overseeing consumer loan applications for PlainsCapital’s Lubbock, Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio markets. He also manages a commercial loan portfolio for the Lubbock market. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Wade joined the bank in 2012. He currently serves as a board of directors member and president-elect for Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas. Additionally, Wade serves on the program review team for the Lubbock Area United Way.

Bretton Villarreal - Bank Officer, Real Estate Loan Officer

Bretton Villarreal has been promoted to bank officer, real estate loan officer at PlainsCapital Bank’s 50th and University location, where he is responsible for developing and servicing a variety of commercial and consumer residential real estate loans. Villarreal joined the Bank in 2015 as a credit analyst. A graduate of West Texas A&M University, he anticipates completing his M.B.A. from West Texas A&M in December 2018. Villarreal currently serves on the advisory committee for Keep Lubbock Beautiful and the program review team for the Lubbock Area United Way.

  

Brandon Hanslik - Bank Officer, Agricultural Loan Officer

Brandon Hanslik has been promoted to bank officer, agricultural loan officer at PlainsCapital Bank’s 50th and University location. He is responsible for developing and building agricultural loans and depository accounts for the greater Lubbock area. A graduate of Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Hanslik joined the bank in 2016 as a credit analyst.
