Brian Heflin

PlainsCapital Bank Dallas-Fort Worth Region Chairman

Heflin, who is PlainsCapital Bank's Dallas-Fort Worth region chairman, is the former president of PlainsCapital Bank Turtle Creek. Heflin helped launch the Turtle Creek location when it opened in 1999. Heflin serves on the boards of PlainsCapital Bank, PlainsCapital Wealth Management, PrimeLending and Capital Title. He also presides over the Dallas regional loan committee. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Texas Tech University and graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. He is a current board member of the Greater Dallas Crime Commission and previously served on the Contact Lubbock, Inc. Board of Directors and Lubbock, Inc. Prior to moving to Dallas, Heflin also volunteered for the United Way, American Heart Association and March of Dimes in Lubbock.
